Lead Teacher

Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide instruction in literacy education, math, and physical education
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment for students
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a productive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and enhance student learning
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional periods

Skills:
- Strong literacy education skills to promote reading and writing development
- Experience working with children in a tutoring or childcare setting
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior and maintain classroom discipline
- Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and strategies
- Proficiency in math instruction for elementary-aged students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff members
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Strong organizational skills to plan lessons, manage paperwork, and maintain records
